1.
Sorting and cleaning
After selection, the coffee is sorted according to its size
and weight. During this phase, a meticulous cleaning process
eliminates all foreign matter to prepare the green coffee
beans for the production process.
2.
Storage
Alter the sorting and clearing process, the beans are stored
according to their variety, prior to the roasting process.
3.
Roasting
The Roasting Process is determined by the type of the green
beans used and the production path required by the customer's
blend. The green beans is roasted in cilindrical industrial
roasters, the lenght of the roasting process is a function
of the type green beans and quality of final product.
4.
Mixing
After roasting, the different coffee bean types are blended
according to the production path required by the blend.
5.
Extraction
During this phase, the soluble solids are extracted from the
beans using water under high temperature and pressure. The
resulting liquid is the coffee extract (rich in flavor and
aroma).
6.
Filtration
The coffee extract is then filtered in order to eliminate
any large solid residues.
7.
Centrifugation
The coffee extract is then centrifuged in order to eliminate
the remaining solid residues.
8.
Evaporation
The coffee extract is send to evaporator to reach high and
ideal concentration of soluble solids.
